Every product available at Heart Melting is exclusively made-to-order. This personalized approach ensures that each item is printed individually and specifically for you upon placing your order, guaranteeing unparalleled quality and care in every piece!
Some of our products are printed directly within our U.S. facilities, while others are sourced from global suppliers to provide a wider selection of goods to our customers. We collaborate exclusively with vendors who meet our stringent quality control criteria and standards, which is reflected in the delivery times listed below.

Estimate Time Of Arrival
We handle orders during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, following Eastern Standard Time, with the exception of postal holidays including New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping time
The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

Please note:
- Canvas, Bumper Plate Keychain/Ornament products: only available in US.
- Canvas/ Poster/ Metal Sign: These packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.
- When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
- In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.
ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive email notifications and may log in to our website for real-time tracking. Note that some orders may be sent using multiple parcels. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.
Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please emailing us at support@heartmelting.net and we can take care of this for you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout for the following reasons:

Should we identify any incorrect or incomplete details, we might need to reach out to you to update the delivery information. This could potentially lead to delays in the shipment of your order.

We are not liable if your order is delivered to an incorrect address or if it is returned to the sender. In such cases, orders are typically sent back to our shipping partners' warehouses and will be disposed of accordingly.

Before contacting our customer service, please double-check the shipping address you provided.

For orders returned because of an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be required to dispatch your order again.

If you request the carrier to reroute or forward your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we cannot be held accountable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs to your package as a result.
